Day 1 — Arrival and Check-In

Upon arrival at Tirana International Airport, all team members are welcomed by our dedicated transport team and transferred to Hotel Meliá. Arrivals are coordinated individually, ensuring smooth transfers for everyone, no matter where they are travelling from or what time they arrive.

Set along the Adriatic coast, Hotel Meliá is a five-star beachfront resort offering multiple pools, a private beach, a full-service spa, and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing team members to settle in, unwind after their journey, and enjoy the resort.

In the evening, the full team comes together for a welcome buffet dinner at the hotel, offering a relaxed setting to connect ahead of the programme.

Day 2 — Conference and Gala

After breakfast, team members gather for a four-hour conference session, providing a dedicated setting for business discussions, the exchange of ideas, and collaboration. A mid-morning coffee break is included, followed by a buffet lunch at the close of the session.

All meeting room arrangements, AV equipment, technical requirements, and catering are coordinated by our team at Hotel Meliá, ensuring the conference runs smoothly throughout.

The afternoon is at leisure, with time to enjoy the hotel pools, private beach, or spa before the evening programme begins.

As the sun sets over the Adriatic, the group reconvenes for a welcome cocktail reception, setting the tone for an evening of celebration. Guests are then invited to a gala dinner, where carefully curated menus, elegant table settings, and warm Albanian hospitality come together for a memorable night. The evening continues with an afterparty, bringing the team together in a relaxed and festive atmosphere to mark the close of a full programme day. Overnight at Hotel Meliá in Durrës.

Day 3 — Full Day Excursion

After breakfast, our multilingual guides meet the team at the hotel reception for a full-day experience combining cultural discovery with time to connect beyond the conference setting.

We travel north to Krujë, one of Albania’s most historically significant towns and the stronghold of Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, Albania’s national hero. The visit includes the castle complex and the Skanderbeg Museum, followed by time to explore the historic Ottoman bazaar, known for its handmade crafts, copper work, and traditional textiles.

Lunch is served inside the castle grounds, bringing everyone together in one of the region’s most atmospheric settings.

The programme then continues to Tirana for a half-day sightseeing tour, with a short ice cream stop along the way. One of the Balkans’ most energetic and rapidly evolving capitals, Tirana offers a dynamic contrast to historic Krujë. The tour includes key landmarks such as Skanderbeg Square, the Et’hem Bey Mosque, the colourful Blloku district, and the iconic Pyramid.

Designed as a shared team-building experience, the day creates space for team members to interact in a more informal environment, strengthen connections, and enjoy a memorable experience together.

In the evening, we return to the hotel for a farewell buffet dinner. Overnight at Hotel Meliá in Durrës.

Day 4 — Check-Out and Departures

After breakfast and check-out, team members are transferred to Tirana International Airport according to their individual flight schedules. All departures are coordinated by our transport team to ensure a smooth journey from the hotel to the airport. A buffet lunch is available at the hotel for those with later flights.
